Shipping & Returns



All garments are made to order with a two-week lead time in place, which includes the cutting, sewing and packaging of product. From the point of shipment, expected US delivery is between 3-7 business days. 

Open Air Museum is not responsible for anything lost or stolen in the mail.


Our policy requires that you email us within five days of receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. After those five days, you are only eligible for exchange or online store credit. NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it- unworn and unwashed. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
